"I visited the spa and wanted to share my experience. The staff member who answered the phone was very helpful and even came outside the spa to guide me to the entrance since I didn't know where it was. However, my overall experience was just okay. I had heard a lot of praise about the place, especially regarding skin care treatments and facial services, as well as the massages done during the facial treatment itself. Unfortunately, the person who was giving me the massage caused more pain than relaxation. Her hands were heavy, which made it feel more uncomfortable. Overall, I would rate the service 5/10 if someone asked me."
