"Please consider hygiene. I went to the salon for an upper lip, underarm, and half leg wax. The ladies, although yes they're sweet, she used her bare HAND to apply wax on my upper lip. No gloves. No hand wash. Use a spatula or any applicator and wear gloves. The wax is also boiling hot. She asked me if the wax is too hot for me but she should know prior to applying the wax. It's unhygienic and unprofessional. "
