"1) use of very abrasive (& burning) scrub at hairline area after dyeing hair to remove stain on skin - please use something more gentle & less chemical 2) I told at least 3 ppl - the person who opened the door for me, another person who asked me what i was there for and the person who actually administered the dye that I just wanted henna touch up. When I went to pay, I was then asked to pay for henna hair growth treatment. I said I never asked for that and was told a) my previous record was followed where I did hair growth treatment and b) next time I come I should inform which henna treatment I wanted because there are 2 henna options. That second statement is surely unfair when (i) I said what I wanted to 3 different people (ii) you cannot assume a customer wants the same thing they wanted the last time and knows how many options you have - in any event I said touch-up. I did end up getting charged for touch-up only but the whole experience left a very bad taste - it was as if it was my fault and a favour was being done for me by charging me for touch up only."
