"I had one of the most stressful experiences at this salon! Not only does the left hand NOT know what the right hand is doing, I was over-charged for at least two services that I wasn’t clearly told about ahead of time. And on top of that, the owner was delusional enough to offer me a 40% discount on my next facial, instead of taking responsibility for the ineptness of his staff. My friend, whom I treated to a premium 10K facial, was planning to go back tomorrow for a cut & color. After she heard about my experience, she will never be going back. And I highly suggest that you don’t either. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience between stressful shoots turned out to exactly the opposite! "
